Outlook Calendar Could Not Be Updated - The android app for outlook mobile on my phone and tablet is problematic but the new outlook desktop version allows event changes that sync with google calendar. I've waited 1 hour so far and still nothing. I've tried increasing the sync rate, closing/reopening the calendar, and still no update in the calendar view. Assuming that outlook 2016 (not web client) is your team's main outlook client, i'm gathering two issues here: This is just a workaround. I am having an issue with a user sharing their calendar.

The calendar that belongs to that group is where we each put in meetings/out of office events etc. They are able to add the calendar in outlook, but at the top of the calendar it says could not be updated. The teams room calendar itself receives the invitations and meeting schedules as normal but the people who created the event and invited the room do not see it in the teams room calendar they have. Do not click on the add to outlook hyperlink. I am having an issue with a user sharing their calendar.

Outlook Calendar Could Not Be Updated - We have set up a new user and shared there calendar. Even after forwarding the meeting invite to the meeting organizer, they were not able to accept. The calendar that belongs to that group is where we each put in meetings/out of office events etc. I have also had a user experience this issue when booking the teams meeting through outlook. The teams room calendar itself receives the invitations and meeting schedules as normal but the people who created the event and invited the room do not see it in the teams room calendar they have. I am having an issue with a user sharing their calendar.

Do not click on the add to outlook hyperlink. I have also had a user experience this issue when booking the teams meeting through outlook. For planner synch to work you have to add the calendar manually from outlook. This is just a workaround. They are able to add the calendar in outlook, but at the top of the calendar it says could not be updated.

Some Group Members Do Not See Specific Groups In The Left Nav In Calendar Tab So They Have To Go Back To Mail Tab, Go To Groups Folder And Then Click On Group Calendar Link Found In The Ribbon.

Whenever they access check the free/busy on calendar either from. The calendar properties (shown below) says it was last synced at 8:36 am, it is now 9:44 am. They were able to join via the link in the forwarded message. We have set up a new user and shared there calendar.

However, When I Have The Room's Calendar Open In The Calendar View, It Is Not Showing Up.
